On the days in between my hardcore workouts, I do minor exercising. This evening after dinner, my hubby and I went walking around the lakes near where we live (we can walk to them). It's roughly 3 miles and takes us about 45 minutes to complete. I try to walk quickly rather than just taking my sweet time. The more you move and the faster you move, the more efficient a workout is (for cardio). Unless of course it's something you shouldn't do too quickly like lifting weights because you don't want to use too much momentum by swinging and throwing your weights around. That's not good for you of course.
So walking was my exercise tonight. :-)
Tomorrow will be more intense. :-O
