Blue and Purple Eye Makeup look + Picture Tutorial

Not sure how I managed this but I accidentally deleted a lot of recent comments that some of you made on my blog recently. :-(  After looking into it, they can't be retrieved. So if anyone asked a question, I obviously won't be able to answer it. I apologize for this!

Anyway, Sobe Botanicals recently released a collection of gorgeous shadows called Nom De Plume.  I have done a couple looks using some of them and wanted to do one with a tutorial for you. Silver Lavender and Black Eye Makeup look with Aromaleigh

This look is from last Thursday. I had a lunch date with some girlfriends. I didn't have a lot of time to do a more dramatic look (which is what I normally do) so I went with this simple one. This silver has a hint of lavender to it which is really pretty.

 

 

 

 

Eyes (all applied in this order):

Coastal Scents Shadow Worx primer (applied to upper lid, blending in gently with ring finger) 

Darling Girl Glitter Glue (applied all around the eyes, blending in gently with ring finger)
AL - Tapestry (applied to outer lid, V, crease, lower lash line) 
AL - Imperial (applied to inner V, lid, lower lash line)

Morgana - Snowsheen (applied to inner corner by patting)

NYX matte - nude (applied under brow by patting, then blending downward)

Kryolan Aqua Color Liner - Black (applied with water to upper lash line)   

Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara - Very Black

 

Eyebrows: Sobe Botanicals Fill Me In Brow Filler - a mixture of Brunette and Raven (applied with MAC 266)

Lips: Avon Glaze Wear lipgloss (the label came off so I don't know which one this is)

Face: 

Skin MD Shielding lotion

Sobe Powder Foundation - Light Warm (applied with Coastal Scents bionic buffer brush)

Sobe Tinted Illusionist (applied all over face/neck with a large powder brush) 

Sobe bronzer - Summer Fling  (applied to cheek bones and blending back toward the hair line)

Chafing Relief Powder-Gel (applied to upper lid, blending in gently with ring finger) 

Detrivore Eye Primer (applied all around the eyes, blending in gently with ring finger)

Morgana - Mystic Lavender (applied to inner 1/3 of upper lid and lower lower lash line with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping) 

Morgana - Jaded Peacock (applied to middle of upper lid with MAC 239 by patting then sweeping)

Morgana - Enchanted Emerald (applied to outer 1/3 of upper eye area and outer V with MAC 239 by patting/sweeping)

Morgana - Ethereal Veil (applied to inner corner with MAC 228 by patting)

elf - innocent (applied under brow with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping and blending downward)

Kryolan Aqua Color liner - black (applied wet with water, using MAC 210 on upper lash line winging outward)

NYX Liquid Crystal Liner - Crystal Onyx (applied on top of liner)

Eyebrows: Ardell Eyebrow powder in soft black (applied with MAC 266)

Lips: Morgana Lipstick in Plum Crazy

Face: Skin MD Shielding lotion
Sobe Mineral Foundation in Light (applied with a vegan flat buffer brush by patting, then buffing)

Sobe Illusionist Finishing Powder (applied all over face with a large powder brush)

Sobe Duochrome Blush - Enchanted (applied to apples of cheeks with an angled blush brush)
