Green, Gold and Black look using Stars Makeup Haven

I was going for a soft, simple look but some how it didn't turn out the way I planned. But whatever! Here you go.

Eyes (all applied in this order):
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
SMH - Bees Knee's (inner corner and under brow applied with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping)
SMH - Olive Branch (inner corner applied with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)
SMH - Mermaid (middle of upper lid, applied with with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)
SMH - Fresh (lower lash line, applied with with MAC 266 by patting/sweeping)
SMH - Regal (applied to outer V and crease with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping)
SMH -Unzipped (applied to crease with Coastal Scents pink crease brush)
SMH - Unzipped (applied dry with MAC 210 to upper lash line extending out a tiny bit)
Avon luxury eye liner pencil in black (waterline)
Eyeko mascara in black

Avon Glazewear lipgloss in raisin

Jane AguaCeuticals Sheer Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 in Fair (applied with fingertips)
Earth-Glo Minerals powder foundation in lightest nude (applied with kabuki brush)

  1. That crease is fanfriggintastic! :D

  2. The application of the black is just perfection, love the little winged shape at the outer V. The bright green on the lower lashline contrasts so well with the neutralish greens on the lid, overall, I just LOVE this look!

  3. Im failing at coming up with a comment that doesn't sound totally cliche, but I like this ^_^

  4. Bebo,
    Thanks. :-)

Thank you! I love doing this type of sharp crease, I just don't do it very often at all. I think last time I did it was for Halloween...

Aw, thank you. I seriously wasn't that happy with this look because it didn't turn out the way I planned, but I'm feeling mucho bettuh about it now. :-D

Hee hee. I'm glad you like it. Thanks. :-)

  5. I love how you did the crease with the defined black sharpness.

  6. Beautiful! The way you shaded your crease is really interesting.. is there any particular technique you use to make it sharp and precise like that?

  7. Woah, the way you did the black is totally badass. Me likey :3

  8. The green looks beautiful with your eyes!

  9. Phyrra,
Thanks. I like doing that sometimes. :-)

Thank you. :-) I use the Coastal Scents pink crease brush which is fluffy and tapered to a point. So I apply the black lightly, starting in the outer corner of the eye area, keeping the point of the brush aimed into the crease and gently sweeping back and forth until I get the look I want. You can soften the edges by using a blending brush. I hope that makes sense. If not, I may be able to do a picture tutorial to show how I do it, if you'd like. :-D

    Thank you! :-)

    Sank you, miss thang! :-D

Thanks, I love using greens. Wooo!
