Violet, Teal Cut Crease & Glitter Liner look using Beauties Factory

Here is my first look using Beauties Factory. Everything went on well. I did have to put on a small amount at a time and build it up because of fallout, but that's not a huge deal. Plumage is sooo pigmented...I used a little, but when I started blending it was like boom! Everything blended very well and I think it looks nice. :-)
I'll let you know how it is to take off. I have a feeling I might have some stained lids but not sure.
I felt a little weird because I'm not wearing any jewelry, except the basics that I never take out. I feel like I look naked when not wearing dangly earrings and some sort of necklace. Kind of like leaving the house without something you ALWAYS have on...like deodorant or something. Ugh...I've done that before. It sucks!

I think this is more blue teal than just teal. I thought I should add that as I'm looking at my makeup thinking it really is more on the blue side.  Actually looks like a true Peacock blue to me. Which is totally sweet!

next two are with flash

Eyes (all applied in this order):
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Detrivore Eye Primer (applied all around the eye and rubbed in gently with ring finger)
BF - Fading Memory (applied to inner corner with MAC 228 by patting)
BF - Violet (applied to upper lid with MAC 239 by patting)
BF - Plumage (applied to outer V and crease with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping and blending upward)
BF - Blue Eyes (applied to lower lash line with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)
BF - Sake (under brow applied with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping and blending)
BF - Matte Black (applied to upper lash line using MAC 266 and MAC 210 for the wing)
Graftobian Makeup GlitterGlam Liquid Skin Sparkle - Sapphire Sky (applied to lower lash line and on top of black liner with MAC 210)
NYX Jumbo Pencil in white (applied to water line with MAC 210)
Hard Candy Ginormous Mascara in Black Out (lower lashes)
Ardell Wispies Lashes (cut in half and worn on outer corners)

Lips: Estee Lauder Crystal Pure Color gloss is Rainbow Prism

Face:
Skin MD Shielding lotion
AL Voilé Foundation Powder in 2CL (applied with Jumbo buffer brush)
AL Illuminator Finishing Powder (applied with Jumbo Flat Top brush)
AL You're a Doll! Gothic Lolita Rouge in Rococo (applied to cheeks with a small blush brush)

It's kind of weird that my glitter liner showed up better without flash than with it. *shrugs*

  1. I guess I look so much at your face and makeup that I don't notice the jewelry. ;)
Do you use a lid primer? I've never had my lids stained from makeup. But that could be a nice thing if they stayed stained for the next day. Less work!
And, this is a very dramatic color combo!

  4. Beautiful! As always. I'm not usually a big matte fan, but it works really well with the glitter liner and other colors being shimmery as a sort of contrast. ^_^

  5. I love the glitter liner! Those colors are beautiful. I have never even thought to use a jumbo pencil on my waterline, hmm something to experiment with...

  6. I really like the finish difference between the 2 shades. Is the violet a matte shade?

  10. Very pretty! I especially love the peacock blue. And I know what you mean about feeling naked - I don't know how I ever manage to forget my glasses, but occasionally when I do, it's ALL I can think about all day and I feel so awkward. I can even see just fine without them, but I just feel so exposed. (And I would expect that extreme exposed feeling would keep me from ever forgetting them, but, nope, sometimes I'm just not awake yet, and only realize later.)

  13. I fricken LOVE the matte/shimmer contrast.

I actually forgot deodorant one day which was awful, I changed my bag last minute and forgot to transfer everything over :( and I didn't realise till I was at uni practising for a presentation, so there was no time to go buy any D: I had to borrow perfume from a group member, and BO + alcohol (perfume) = not great.

Then I forgot my deodorant again one day but realised way before I got to uni, so I bought more :D but ew, I also feel naked when I forget my watch :|

  14. I LOVE this!! It's great!!

Omg, and I hate feeling naked. I wear lots of necklacs and rings allll the time, so when I go out without them I'm like "OMG WHATTHEHELL". It feels so awkward, haha.
