Green Eyeshadow + Glitter Liner Makeup Tutorial

I'm not sure when I did this look but I know it's from over a week ago. *shrugs*

This look was created using some products from http://sobebotanicals.com/

Start by applying your favourite eye primer. I used Coastal Scents Shadow Worx Eye Primer. Then apply a very sticky base (Sobe's Stick It!, Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy or Darling Girls Cosmetics Glitter Glue all work great).

With a fluffy blending brush, apply Metaphor to the outer crease by patting, then gently blending.

With a medium shadow brush, apply Serpent to the upper lid and crease by patting.

With a small shadow brush, apply Cucumber to the inner V by patting and sweeping outward.

Apply Serpent to the lower lash line.

Apply Metaphor to the outer lower lash line.

Blend out the harsh edges by using NYX Nude under the brow and blending downward in a zig zag motion. For the lower lash line, use a skin tone eyeshadow or a powder foundation and blend out any harshness.

This is e.l.f.'s liquid liner in Plum. It was SUPPOSED to be plum/purple liner, but it turned out looking brown/black to me. It looks plum when I swiped it on the back of my hand though. :-/

Apply Collection 2000 Glam Crystal Dazzling Gel liner in Shake It Up! on top of liner.

Apply your favourite black mascara. I used 1 coat of e.l.f's Studio 3 in 1 Mascara in Very Black on the upper and lower lashes.
For the rest of what is on my face:
Eyebrows: Sobe Botanicals Fill Me In eyebrow powder Raven and Brunette mix (applied with MAC 266)

Lips: Sobe Botanicals - Luscious

Face:
Skin MD Shielding lotion
e.l.f. Flawless Finish Foundation - Porcelain (applied with finger tips)
Sobe Tinted Illusionist Powder (applied all over face with a large powder brush)
I made a contour powder by mixing a bit of Sobe's Brunette with a little  powder foundation (applied just below the cheek bones)
Sobe Botanicals blush - Festivities (applied to cheek bones and blending back toward the hair line)
e.l.f. Studio Blush  - Gotta Glow (applied just above the cheek bones to highlight)

  1. i can never create a look like this. LOL. it's so hard for me to work with eyeshadows but i'm definitely working on it. i love how dramatic this looks is. but at the same time it's also fierce and edgy.
