Gold, Teal and Purple look using Aromaleigh

Here's a look that I really like how it turned out. Sort of looks peacocky (hee hee!) to me. I tried putting the Revlon lashes in Blue Shadow on my upper lashes, but they don't work at all with the shape of my eyes. Mine are big and very rounded on the outer corner and these things just didn't look good. So I put them on the lower lashes instead and I really love how they look there paired with bigger lashes on top.
sparkles!

To get the blended look between the two main lid colours (gold and teal), I apply them right next to each other so they are touching with a rather defined straight up and down line, then I take my MAC 217 brush and sweep quickly in a side to side, zig zagging up and down the line just where the colours meet.  You can also just use the zig zag technique from top to bottom only, if it's weird going up.
Hope that makes sense!

Eyes (all applied in this order):
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Detrivore Eye Primer (applied all around the eye, rubbing in gently with ring finger)
AL - sea of love (applied to outer V and crease with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)
AL - return to tiffany's (applied to outer half of upper lid with MAC 239 by patting/sweeping)
AL - gleam (applied to inner half of upper lid with MAC 239 by patting/sweeping)
AL - dandelion (applied to inner corner with MAC 228 by patting/sweeping)
AL - girls night out (applied to lower lash line with MAC 228 by patting, also patted and swept on top of sea of love)
Simply Natural's - Flesh (applied under brow with MAC 217 by patting/sweeping)

Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Honey (applied to water line)

  16. Sank you my dears. :-D I really love the Blue Shadow lashes! Phyrra is the only other person I have seen actually wear them and yes, they look awesome on her. Hee hee I feel like I'm talking about her like she's in the other room. Too bad they don't fit my upper lids well. :-/
I have a feeling I will do this look again sometime but I will have to wear it out.
Of course sparkles on the lips are always drool worthy to me. I will have to check Lancome's sparkly juicy tube out!
I'm glad you ladies enjoy my blog. Makes me happy. XD
