Nails/NOTD: Avon - Ruby Slippers (sparkly red)

This was a little more sheer than I thought it would be. I only did two coats, but I think it would have looked best with 3.  Other than the sheerness, it went on well and I like how bright this is.




I achieved this look with:
1 coat of Avon's NAIL EXPERTS Smooth Beginnings Base Coat 
2 coats of Avon Nailwear Pro Nail Enamel - Ruby Slippers
1 coat of Avon's NAIL EXPERTS UV Gloss Guard Top Coat

    I have a bottle of this polish which I got years ago! I remember it was years ago because it was my first Avon polish and it stained my nails so badly.. this was before I knew of base coats and such - I would just slap it on with no protection. I've actually haven't used this polish since, it is still OK to use though as I shake them all up every now and then - you've made me want to use it again! x
