Nails/NOTD: Avon - Noir Emerald

This reminds me of a black polish with a clear polish with green shimmer painted on top. It's very pretty!




I achieved this look with:
1 coat of Avon's NAIL EXPERTS Smooth Beginnings Base Coat 
2 coats of Avon Nailwear Pro Nail Enamel - Noir Emerald
1 coat of Avon's NAIL EXPERTS UV Gloss Guard Top Coat
