This look was inspired by a nail polish. Really pretty in the bottle but not so much when wearing it. Meh.
Click below for tutorial:
Apply a very tiny amount of whatever anti-crease primer you like to the upper lid with ring finger, let it set about 30 seconds. Then apply Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy all over the upper lid and lower lash line using the ring finger as well.
Take a brush like MAC 217 (or any shader/blender brush you like) and apply elf Innocent (it's a matte skin tone colour) just below the eyebrow and blend downward into the crease.
Take a a brown liner pencil (I used Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Corrupt) and create a wing, starting at the outer lower lash line. Don't worry about making this perfect. It is just a guide and will be covered up with shadow!
Here I used MAC 266 (a flat angled taklon brush) and applied Morgana's Byzantium on top of the liner then gently dragging the brush (like using a broom to sweep the floor) and blending the shadow up and into the crease.
Take a shader brush and apply Morgana's Stonekeep to upper lid, blend it out into Byzantium and blending inward, leaving the inner lash line untouched.
Take a tiny shadow brush and apply Morgana's Ornamental Gold to the inner corner by patting then sweeping out into the upper lash line.
Use a tiny shadow brush (like MAC 228) and apply Morgana's Stonekeep to lower lash line by patting and gently sweeping side to side.
Use either Sally Girl Glitter Glue or my fav, Graftobian Glitter Glue in clear, and apply it thick to the lash line with a thin liner brush and wing out, then pat Morgana's Elfin glitter on top using a stiff brush.
Take a liner brush like MAC 210 to mix with water and Kryolan Aquacolor liner - Black (the best liquid liner ever!) to get the consistency you like and gently, slowly apply to the upper lash line and extend outward to form a wing. Remember practice, patience and a steady hand will create lovely winged liner.
If you don't have Kryolan Aquacolor liner, then use whatever liner you want.
Apply your fav black mascara to the lower lashes. Then apply false lashes. I used Ardell #118
Here's the rest of what is on my face:
Eyebrows: Ardell eyebrow powder in soft black (applied with MAC 266)
Lips: Sobe Botanicals Cheek & Lip color in Copper Pipe
Lips: Sobe Botanicals Cheek & Lip color in Copper Pipe
Face: Skin MD Shielding lotion
Sobe Mineral Foundation in Light Neutral (applied with a vegan flat buffer brush by patting, then buffing)
Sobe DuoChrome Blush in After All (applied as a contour just below the cheek bones by lightly patting, then blending with a "zigzag" motion)
