  1. On average, how long does it take you to do your makeup?

    1. I'd have to say 45 minutes. My more elaborate looks can be be an hour to an hour and a half tho.

  2. Slightly off topic but I just have to know, how do you take your pictures? They always look so amazing and perfect every single time, especially your closeup pictures! I can never manage to take a picture of my eyes without getting a shadow from the false eyelashes I use.

PS. I love this look, it is inspiring to do more with my Sugarpill Palette!

    1. Hi Mai,

Most of the time I take pictures sitting at my vanity, which has two day bulb lamps aimed at my face. I use a fill in flash when taking pictures, and since I have lamps lighting up my face from 2 angles, there typically aren't many shadows from the flash. Also, I try not to take pictures with my camera too close to my face or the flash can either wash me out or create those annoying shadows we don't like. On top of that, I use back drop to keep my pictures consistent in colouration. Oh! I use a mirror to see the screen on my camera when I'm taking pictures, so that I don't have to take a millions shots. I pose, check the mirror to see myself in the camera screen, if I like what I see I take the picture. I typically take about 20, then narrow it down to 9. So being well lit and using a fill in flash is my advice to you to avoid the shadows. I hope that helps. :-)
I need to do more with my palette too!
