Metallic Olive Green Liner + Dark Red Lips Makeup look with Morgana Cryptoria

I played with my hair a bit and went to sleep with rollers in damp hair. I never really do my hair. I'm seriously lazy about it. I dye my roots once in a while, I wash it and let it air dry. I don't use styling products, blow dryers or anything else. I really like having healthy, shiny hair so I don't like to do anything harmful to it except dying the roots here and there. However, I've been in the mood to do something different and got some rollers to create some heat free curls. I haven't curled my hair in...maybe 10 years or more. I love my straight hair. :-)  But big, wavy hair is also fun and sexy to me.

Anyway, I did a simple look but with extra blush and dark lipstick for a sort of glamorous look.

I made a drug store trip to try to find that Monistat chafing relief gel and failed. They don't have it! I wonder if it's just a US thing, or if I need to try other drug stores.

  20. Blix, I just have to thank you for your blog. I was recently hired as a freelance artist with a global high-end makeup company. You've given me lots of great ideas and helped me regain my skills.

Also want to let you know that Too Faced makeup at Sephora has a Primed and Poreless face primer with dimethicone as the second ingredient, just like our Monistat friend! I suffer from large pores and this is the best face primer I've ever used.

  23. Thanks everyone! My hubby was kinda weirded out by my wavy hair. He prefers it to be straight but I could get used to curling it here and there. :-)

    Tonya C.,
I'm really glad my blog has been helpful to you. That's what I'm here for.
The Monistat chafing gel really is amazing. I just wish I discovered it sooner!

    **LIFES.a.PARTY**,
My fav brand of faux lashes is Ardell in #113, #118 and Lacies. The quality of lashes is important as well as the glue and the technique you use to apply them. I use Revlon precision lash adhesive. It comes in a tube with a wand so I and apply it directly to my lash line. I let it sit until the lash glue is almost clear, then place the lashes on top and gently press them in to make sure they stick. It's so much easier than putting the glue on the lashes then trying to get them on without getting glue everywhere. Hope that helps!

If you have anymore questions, please let me know. :-)
