Locks of Love: New hair!

While I love and adore long hair, I felt it was time to part with the length. I cut 10.5 inches off to donate it to Locks of Love. :-)  What do you think?!

I still have some decent length in the back so I don't feel so bald. Although I have a feeling I'll be using too much product next time I wash my hair!  

It's hard to be sad about losing the length when it's going to such a good cause. I may be growing it out again to donate more. :-)

Dark Valentine's Day Makeup look with Morgana Cryptoria

I wanted to create a dark look for Valentine's. You see a lot of soft, natural and romantic looks out there, so I wanted something with a little more going on.  Like a dork, I wore a necklace with a heart on it. :-P

Morgana - Zombie Tramp (applied to lid with MAC 217 by patting)

Morgana - Concubine (applied to lower lash line with MAC 266)

Morgana - LE #5 (applied to inner V with MAC 228 by patting) 

Kryolan Aqua Color liner - black (applied wet with water, using MAC 210 on upper lash line and winging out) 

NYX Jumbo Pencil - milk (waterline)

Eyebrows: Ardell Eyebrow powder in soft black (applied with MAC 266)

Lips: Morgana lipstick - Love Lies Bleeding

Face: Skin MD Shielding lotion

Sobe Powder Foundation in Light Neutral (applied by lightly patting it on with a damp cosmetic sponge)

Sobe Tinted Illusionist Powder (applied with a large powder brush) 

Aromaleigh blush - Corset (applied to cheek bones and blending back toward the hair line)

This one looks similar to Jem in the bottle, but doesn't look that similar to me when worn. This one is very pretty too!

Nails/NOTD: China Glaze Liquid Leather + Sally Hansen Nail Prisms - Burgundy Orchid

I haven't worn this shade in a long time and this is the first time I've tried it over black. The various colour shifts seem much more visible when worn over black, and it saves more polish since I'm only using one coat of Burgundy Orchid instead of 3. It's soooo pretty! I keep staring at my nails!
